About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead day-to-day relationships with business and CDO/CIO sponsors
Understand clients’ strategic and operational challenges
Frame high-value Data & AI use cases and translate business needs into AI opportunities
Develop AI ambitions and roadmaps from Proof of Value through MVP and production
Act as Data & AI Product Owner when required, owning product vision, backlog, prioritization, user stories, delivery governance, and planning
Align business teams, leadership, and ExCo around AI roadmaps and transformation priorities
Own business value, adoption, operating model, usage, impact measurement, Responsible AI, and governance
Challenge feasibility and industrialization with Tech Leads and Tech Engineers
Contribute to the Transformation Cockpit, including maturity measurement, adoption KPIs, and AI value steering
Work within multidisciplinary squads and tailor DATS methods, templates, and deliverables to clients
Coordinate the business side of squads and monitor delivery and profitability
Develop and share DATS best practices, methodologies, assets, and thought leadership
Stay current with AI, GenAI, ML, and agentic technologies and their business impact
Identify Data & AI transformation opportunities in existing accounts and contribute to upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and scoping
Contribute to RFPs, proposals, pitches, and new DATS offerings
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Data & AI Transformation talent
Mentor and coach Junior Business Scientists and interns
Deliver internal AI/Data training and knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior level experience leading client engagements, coordinating a team, and contributing to business development
Hybrid business-tech profile connecting business value, data, AI/GenAI, technology, and adoption
Proven product ownership experience on data or AI products, including backlog management, prioritization, and agile delivery
Experience facing senior stakeholders and driving change or transformation beyond pilot delivery
Technical fluency sufficient to challenge and steer GenAI, LLM, agentic, and ML solutions
Experience with AI and data transformation roadmaps, Proof of Value, MVP, and production delivery
Experience with business development, account development, renewals, project scoping, RFPs, proposals, and pitches
Ability to mentor and coach Junior Business Scientists and interns
Ability to develop and deliver internal AI/Data training and knowledge-sharing sessions
