Key responsibilities & impact

Month-end close and investor reporting: Analyze, structure, and optimize existing close processes, while further developing and automating reporting
Year-end close: Establish a transparent, clearly coordinated closing process with defined responsibilities and specific work steps
Cash flow management: Optimize the existing bottom-up, Excel-based cash flow planning, improve data sources, and, where appropriate, introduce a suitable software solution with scenario analysis capabilities
ERP and accounting processes: Analyze the existing DATEV and Odoo system landscape, improve interfaces, and automate manual processes
Process management: Independently identify and prioritize weaknesses, and implement improvements operationally in collaboration with the teams involved

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed professional qualification as a certified accountant, commercial apprenticeship, or comparable qualification
Very good knowledge of Odoo
Optional: Experience with DATEV
Experience in cash flow planning and reporting
Experience in process optimization and automation
Ability to work independently and enthusiasm for building structures that are not yet fully established
