About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support clients in their homes
- Provide companionship and household support
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Complete grocery shopping and client errands
- Provide personal care, grooming, and dressing
- Provide bathing and additional hands-on care for qualified HHA/CNA caregivers
- Visit multiple clients per day, with most visits lasting 1–3 hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates must be certified for at least one caregiver level
- Homemaker: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker training certificate
- Personal Care: Qualifying Massachusetts Homemaker + Personal Care training certificate
- HHA: Qualifying Home Health Aide certification or active CNA License
- Reliable personal transportation
- Comfortable traveling between client homes for short visits
- Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable providing in-home care
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
