Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or other related field required; 10 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role or other related field
  • Hands-on experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reimbursement analysis, and performance management
  • Prior experience in Personal Care Services (PCS) required
  • Experience leading and developing finance professionals
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills
