About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a call center sales environment
  • Home care, healthcare, or social work experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, including MCO, MLTC, and other payer types
  • Knowledge of home care benefits and multi-state regulations
  • Comfort working with multiple systems, databases, and data entry tools
  • Reliable transportation to perform job responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA Privacy Final Rule
