About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting new client admissions and Start of Care visits
- Providing personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Preparing meals and assisting with daily living activities
- Performing light housekeeping and household support
- Assisting with errands and transportation when appropriate

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED, where required by state regulations
- Minimum six (6) months of experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals
- NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing assignments
- Reliable personal transportation, current registration, and auto insurance
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical caregiving duties
