About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle support tickets, ensuring proper follow-up and compliance with established SLAs.
  • Provide users with support in using the eLaw system, assisting with questions, configurations, and necessary adjustments.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve moderately complex incidents related to eLaw solutions.
  • Configure screens, access permissions, email accounts, and other system functionalities.
  • Handle tickets related to the Litigation, Contracts (CLM), Advisory, Powers of Attorney, e-Billing, Trademarks and Patents, Corporate, and Real Estate modules.
  • Advise clients on best practices for using eLaw solutions.
  • Create, configure, and manage users, profiles, and permissions within the systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex requests.
  • Track requests and incidents, keeping clients informed about status and deadlines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Support processes, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support the training of less experienced professionals by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Stay up to date on products, processes, and technologies through internal training.
  • Perform system configurations and parameterization according to client needs.
  • Analyze requests, guide users, and track resolution through completion.
  • Ensure a positive client experience and the proper use of the platform's functionalities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, Development Analysis, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in customer service, support, or legal operations.
  • Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Interest in technology and systems designed for the legal market.
  • Ability to analyze requests, identify root causes, and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Experience working with ticket management systems and SLA tracking.
  • Knowledge of legal management systems.
  • Experience with legal controllership routines or case tracking.
  • Familiarity with courts' electronic systems.
  • Experience in multicultural environments or serving international clients.
  • Experience analyzing and resolving more complex incidents.
  • Knowledge of support service and quality metrics.
