About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand the client’s legal department operating model and processes.
Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation.
Develop and monitor transformation plans aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.
Support decisions related to legal management and digital transformation as a trusted advisor.
Build relationships with Legal Managers, Heads of Legal, Directors, and other stakeholders.
Lead executive review meetings, present results, and define action plans.
Ensure the adoption and use of contracted solutions.
Identify opportunities to expand platform usage, develop new projects, and broaden solution adoption.
Identify opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
Recommend solutions that meet client needs and share trends and best practices.
Serve as a liaison between clients and Product, Development, Project, Support, Sales, and other teams.
Monitor action plans, ensure the execution of prioritized initiatives, and represent the client’s perspective in internal discussions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Law required.
Knowledge of corporate legal department operations and their key challenges.
Experience in litigation, contracts, governance, and legal management.
Knowledge of legal workflows, including the Diário da Justiça Eletrônico (DJE), service of process, legal notices, and deadline management.
Knowledge of Legal Operations and legal management best practices.
Experience with legal management systems, including Legal Tech platforms and legal ERP systems.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to law and legal process automation.
Ability to analyze and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and outcome metrics.
Knowledge of project management and experience leading transformation initiatives.
Experience with consulting techniques, stakeholder management, and client relationship management.
Knowledge of process mapping, review, and optimization is a plus.
A postgraduate degree or MBA in Legal Operations, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Legal Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
