About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Resolve highly complex tickets related to business rules, value closing, and legal calculations
- Ensure governance and the correct application of monetary adjustment indices used on the platform
- Prepare and validate analytical spreadsheets and calculation memoranda for determining amounts
- Investigate the root causes of issues, identify risks, and propose preventive and corrective solutions
- Monitor requests dependent on other departments, ensuring proper routing and resolution
- Manage and analyze the financial exposure of the legal portfolio
- Support the closing processes for judicial provisions and contingencies
- Analyze and validate calculations, provisions, and amounts related to legal proceedings
- Engage directly with clients in critical situations, aligning expectations, actions, and deadlines
- Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting analyses, decision-making, and request prioritization
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and compliance with the department’s KPIs and SLAs
- Identify recurring issues and propose structural improvements to prevent incidents
- Support the coordination team in developing employees and advancing departmental practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Experience with judicial calculations, monetary adjustments, and determination of amounts
- Knowledge of litigation, legal operations, and legal department management
- Experience reviewing legal publications, procedural deadlines, service of process, and notices
- Experience analyzing business rules and resolving complex requests
- Advanced Excel skills and experience creating analytical spreadsheets
- Ability to analyze data and prepare calculation memoranda
- Experience providing customer service and managing client relationships
- Ability to conduct analyses, propose solutions, and manage requests independently
- Preferred: experience with legal management systems
- Preferred: knowledge of Legal Operations
- Preferred: experience working on support, operations, or specialized legal service teams
- Preferred: knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and process management
- Preferred: experience with accounting close, provisions, and contingency calculations
- Preferred: postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure, Business Law, Legal Operations, or a related field
