About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead deployment of Joule Hive Thermal Batteries across Europe
Scale deployment capabilities to support company growth
Ensure projects are delivered to customer satisfaction
Develop and implement strategy for engaging Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) partners
Build the project deployment team of project managers, engineers, and technicians
Collaborate with Business Development and Application teams to evaluate project feasibility
Engage with customers, including traveling to sites, throughout projects
Report directly to the VP of Engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 10 years of experience deploying large-scale industrial equipment across multiple industries in different European countries
Strong project management experience
Experience working with industrial customers and deploying equipment on their sites
Experience building and managing project delivery teams
Experience with codes, standards, and permitting processes in Europe
Bachelor degree in Engineering
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to challenge assumptions
Ability to devise creative solutions while maintaining defined scope and timeline
