About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and evolve Electrified Thermal Solutions' marketing plan, including the message house, channel cadence, and 18-month calendar keyed to EU industrial-decarbonization funding deadlines and flagship conferences
- Run product marketing for chemicals, cement and minerals, steel, and mining, including vertical content, lead-generation tools, nurture programs, case studies, webinars, sales enablement, and partner co-marketing kits
- Run corporate marketing, including executive thought leadership, podcast and speaking-slot booking, awards, and analyst and press relationships across climate-tech, national/global business, and EU trade media
- Manage the public relations agency and specialist vendors against monthly deliverables
- Run an AI-assisted content pipeline for drafting, monitoring, localization, and repurposing
- Enforce a 48-hour co-publication standard for partner news
- Publish the monthly executive dashboard covering placements, category share of voice, LinkedIn growth/engagement, MQLs, podcasts, awards, and EU coverage
- Partner with the VP of Finance to keep investor-facing narratives current for investor and project-finance conversations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in industrial, energy, or climate technology
- A track record of placing stories in tier-1 news outlets and trade press
- Experience running executive thought-leadership programs
- Experience managing agencies against contracted deliverables, including re-scoping or ending a relationship that was not performing
- Demand-gen fluency (HubSpot or equivalent, funnel math)
- Fast, high-quality writing and editing
- Experience defining marketing metrics and reporting against them, holding themselves accountable to results they publish
- Comfort working with deeply technical content
- Hands-on AI content workflow experience
- Experience marketing into Europe, including European industrial or energy buyers and EU trade media
- Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; ETS is unable to sponsor employment visas for this role.
- Category-creation experience at a hardware/climate scale-up between Series A and C (strongly preferred)
- Event program ownership at major industry conferences (strongly preferred)
- Video production management (strongly preferred)
