About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather requirements from the team and use modern AI coding tools to quickly turn them into functional, reliable solutions
Identify recurring manual processes in support, campaigns, reporting, and data maintenance, and replace them with automations and scripts
Develop and operate internal web tools, dashboards, small services, and AI assistants
Support solutions from the initial idea through implementation to stable operation
Connect HubSpot with other systems, including data flows, workflows, enrichment, and reporting
Act as the technical liaison between management, Marketing, Support, and Trading
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and technical results into clear, understandable messages
Support the team in using AI tools productively and securely
Build infrastructure for AI use, such as MCP integrations, assistants, and templates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to independently build software and automations
Node.js, Python, SQL, and modern web stacks
Experience with AI coding tools, particularly Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable tools
Understanding of when rapid vibecoding is sufficient and when robust engineering is required
Experience with APIs and integrations
Ideally, experience with HubSpot, CRM, or marketing automation systems
Clear communication in German
Structured approach to work
Awareness of data protection and the GDPR (optional)
Experience with local or self-hosted solutions (optional)
Interest in energy and mobility topics (optional)
