About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support for PCB specialty chemical products and manufacturing processes
- Assist customers in process optimization, product qualification, and yield improvement activities
- Conduct laboratory evaluations, process verification, and performance testing
- Analyze process data and recommend corrective actions to resolve manufacturing challenges
- Support troubleshooting activities and perform root cause analysis for customer issues
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and R&D teams on customer sampling projects
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and application documentation
- Participate in customer visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations
- Maintain understanding of PCB manufacturing technologies, industry trends, and customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental, and quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree / Chemical Engineering related degree is preferred / PCB or IC substrate field experience is preferred
- Familiarity with metallization processes is a plus
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex technical documents and enquiries
- Ability to respond effectively in Chinese and English
- Familiarity with statistical software (JMP/Minitab) analysis skills is preferred
- Ability to comply with company safety, environmental, and quality standards
