Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the overall mission and activities of the Global GDAC support network
Align the GDAC mission and activities with the company’s strategic business objectives
Communicate GDAC responsibilities to internal GDAC group members and external groups, including commercial and tech service
Manage GDAC personnel
Set personal professional expectations for individuals
Establish and maintain professional quality reporting
Manage professional development, promotion, and career development of team members
Manage headcount and skillsets to attain company strategic objectives
Manage GDAC facilities to maintain optimal performance to critical-to-quality requirements
Maintain current equipment/instruments in optimal condition through periodic health checks and prioritize replacements for the Capex process
Upgrade equipment to current state of the art
Add equipment when necessary to meet increasing workload demands and new technology opportunities
Address needs in a timely manner
