About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical assistance to key customers, including troubleshooting, product recommendations, and application guidance
Serve as a subject matter expert on the product portfolio and its applications in customer processes
Conduct on-site visits to support product trials, installations, and performance evaluations
Diagnose technical issues and collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to deliver solutions
Deliver technical presentations and training sessions for customers and internal teams
Collect and analyze performance data to optimize product usage and identify improvement opportunities
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to develop tailored customer solutions
Prepare detailed reports on trials, technical findings, and recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in specialty chemicals or related industries
Strong knowledge of specialty chemicals, formulations, and application processes
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage technical projects and trials from start to finish
Proficiency in analyzing performance data and drawing actionable insights
Familiarity with CRM systems, technical documentation tools, and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
