About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Preventive compliance activities and compliance culture-building
- Assist in developing awareness campaigns, bite-sized content, and educational materials on ethics and integrity
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of themed events, such as Compliance Day and Integrity Weeks
- Contribute to the drafting, review, and communication of internal policies, standards, and procedures
- Conduct integrity checks and due diligence (background checks / due diligence) on partners, suppliers, and clients using research tools and databases
- Analyze reputational risks, conflicts of interest, exposure to PEPs, and related parties
- Prepare analytical reports, objective opinions, and consolidated findings on the analyses performed
- Provide operational support in managing the Ethics/Whistleblower Channel, including deadline and SLA tracking
- Assist with internal reviews and investigations through document analysis, evidence gathering, and support in preparing final reports
- Collaborate on Compliance innovation and routine automation initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience conducting due diligence on suppliers, clients, and partners
- Experience developing corporate compliance training
- Experience conducting internal investigations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and objective reports
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
