Key responsibilities & impact

Support the monitoring of judicial and administrative proceedings, including updates, deadlines, and necessary actions
Conduct research on legislation, case law, and legal doctrine
Enter and update information in case management systems, spreadsheets, and internal tracking tools
Organize documents and information related to proceedings and department matters
Support the preparation of Litigation reports and performance indicators
Assist with communications and follow-up on matters handled by external law firms
Triage and route requests received by the Legal Department
Support the administrative routines of the Litigation team, including document, power of attorney, and signature management, as well as meeting scheduling
Provide support to the department’s attorneys on judicial and administrative matters and other Legal Department activities

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (between the 1st and 6th semester)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
