About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and enhance 4YouSee’s essential systems
Divide time between technical support (40%), product enhancements (30%), and automation and AI (30%)
Analyze, resolve, and respond to tickets received through HubSpot
Investigate logs, APIs, databases, and code to identify root causes
Fix and enhance modern and legacy systems
Develop with TypeScript, NestJS, React, Python, Django, and PHP
Create and maintain integrations between systems and APIs
Implement tests and monitor deployments and rollbacks
Create tools and automations to reduce manual tasks
Use AI agents to investigate, plan, and support development
Handle incidents independently; this role does not include an on-call rotation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience supporting and developing systems in production
Full-stack knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and React
Knowledge of Python and Django
Ability to work with legacy PHP systems
Experience with REST APIs and SQL databases
Knowledge of Docker, Linux, Windows, and AWS
Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD
Ability to independently investigate issues in unfamiliar systems
Clear communication, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility
Practical experience using AI agents in software development, including context preparation, execution guidance, code review, and result validation
Experience creating a tool or automation to solve a real-world problem
Nice to have: experience with Bitbucket, Keycloak, MongoDB, or Redis
Nice to have: experience with MCP, RAG, or integrations with AI models
Nice to have: experience with observability, structured logs, and incident response
Nice to have: experience with digital signage, DOOH media, players, or kiosks
