About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Continuously monitor the status of players (terminals) and ensure the operational availability of Santander’s digital signage network
- Handle Level 1 and Level 2 tickets, remotely troubleshooting connectivity, configuration, and software issues
- Coordinate on-site (N3) support with field teams, adhering to regional SLA deadlines
- Ensure an immediate response to critical incidents affecting VIP screens
- Operate the 4yousee Manager CMS to upload, schedule, and curate content in partnership with the media team
- Support the standardization of workflows and technical documentation for Santander ServiceNow and Eletromidia HubSpot
- Contribute to the mapping and stability of connectivity infrastructure (4G, routers, VPN) and hardware
- Participate in technical meetings with Santander and Eletromidia teams, contributing to operational improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical education in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, or related fields
- Experience providing N1/N2 technical support, with a focus on remote analysis and field coordination
- Experience with ticket management systems such as ServiceNow, HubSpot, Jira, or similar platforms
- Ability to create technical documentation and focus on standardized processes
- Strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with Digital Signage or CMS systems
- Knowledge of networks, VPNs, 4G connectivity, routers, and hardware/software troubleshooting
