About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with management to identify and implement projects, programs, and plans supporting business unit and enterprise goals.
Specialize in organization effectiveness, including planning, project portfolio, or culture/change, or directly support a business unit while aligning activities with corporate strategy.
Identify potential issues, project change, scope data, impacted parties, business partners, and required resources.
Lead efforts to identify best practices.
Develop and design processes and systems supporting business needs.
Design methods for integrating functions and processes.
Conduct cost/benefit analyses.
Build support for business change throughout the business unit.
Provide process, project, and change management methodology coaching and consulting support to local and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Lead project prioritization and scheduling activities for the business unit.
Provide expertise in culture/change management, process planning, and portfolio management.
Support execution of the operating plan.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Knowledge of planning models and methodology strongly preferred.
Project management and change management experience (strategic and execution) strongly preferred.
3-5 years of experience in Payment Integrity strongly preferred.
Experience in payment integrity: Data mining, recoveries, cost of care, or financial project management is highly desired.
Experience developing and managing projects with significant operating budgets strongly preferred.
Knowledge of process redesign strongly preferred.
Project management experience desired.
Experience with claims processing systems, such as GBD Facets and/or WGS highly desired.
Experience facilitating and presenting to large audiences preferred.
Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
Master's degree preferred.
