About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with management and functional areas of the enterprise to identify and implement Claims and recovery projects
Work within current Payment Integrity programs and plans supporting business unit and enterprise goals
Identify potential claims payment and claims adjudication payment issues
Propose solutions and identify project scope
Lead efforts to identify best practices
Identify impacted parties, business partners, and required resources
Develop and design processes and systems supporting business needs
Design methods for integrating functions and processes
Conduct cost/benefit analyses
Build support for business change throughout the business unit

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years process or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
5+ years claims processing or payment integrity/appeals related experience highly preferred
Experience developing and managing projects with a significant operating budget strongly preferred
Knowledge of process redesign strongly preferred
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 1st shift, daytime hours
Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a posting location unless an accommodation is granted as required by law
