About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage one or more external client-facing programs within a business unit
- Support business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external client-facing projects or initiatives
- Manage ongoing compliance and daily operations for external client-facing programs under the supervision of the Manager II
- Help ensure programs meet stated objectives
- Provide day-to-day operational support to a team of advisors
- Research applicable subject-matter practices and monitor industry trends
- Coordinate training related to the external client-facing program
- Support program success measures and assist with data collection related to program success
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years of experience in external client-facing program management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Candidate should reside in North Carolina is preferred
- Active RN, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT licensure for the state of North Carolina is highly preferred
- Lived experience with behavioral health programs is strongly preferred
- Experience with North Carolina 1915 programs is greatly preferred
- Experience working with and supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is highly preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, are strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills are preferred
- New candidates in certain patient/member-facing roles must become vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza unless an acceptable explanation is provided
- Must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s), unless an accommodation is granted as required by law
