About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee automated daily and monthly enrollment file updates
- Oversee the member reconciliation process for assigned markets
- Resolve complex enrollment issues
- Provide process oversight of daily business operations to Enrollment Analysts for assigned markets
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Enrollment Operations in assigned markets
- Monitor market-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) per contractual requirements
- Escalate issues to management as needed
- Interface with state agencies, Health Plans, and internal departments to investigate and resolve complex enrollment issues
- Participate in market meetings and audits to provide market-specific details regarding enrollment load and reconciliation processing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires an AA/AS in Information Systems, Health Care Management, Business, or related field and minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role, including a minimum of 1 year as an enrollment analyst; or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong email communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage inquiries and collaborate with multiple departments
- Familiarity with GBD Facets is an advantage but not required
- Ability to learn production tools, systems, and processes quickly
- Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s), unless accommodation is granted as required by law
- Candidates working in person or virtually in Virginia
