About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience, or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background
  • Customer Service with phone etiquette experience
  • Knowledge handling inbound queues, including taking payments, reinstating groups, and collecting final balances
  • AA Degree in Accounting preferred
  • Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s), unless accommodation is granted as required by law
