About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including physicians, urgent care centers, infusion clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing centers, and payors
  • Work with leadership to develop territory sales forecasts and goals
  • Qualify territory opportunities involving private insurance and/or federal or state funded plans and potential revenue
  • Identify and resolve customer service issues in the territory
  • Assist customer service and provide information to meet customer needs
  • Network with industry partners
  • Partner with team members, leadership, and principals to close deals and negotiate deliverables
  • Assess and report on competitive sales activities
  • Assist in developing and implementing competitive sales strategies
  • Represent the region in sales efforts
  • Travel to client sites or designated locations, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Hemophilia sales experience strongly preferred
  • Ideal candidates will reside within one of the stated territories
  • Comfortable traveling approximately 30%-50% of the time
  • Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s), unless an accommodation is granted as required by law
  • New candidates in certain patient/member-facing roles must become vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza, unless an acceptable explanation is provided
