About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, design, build, and implement business-aligned, integrated learning solutions
- Collaborate with business partners on expected business outcomes
- Participate in needs analysis and recommend effective learning solutions
- Collaborate with content developers, graphic designers, technology consultants, technologists, and other project team members on learning solution design, development, implementation, and evaluation
- Use approved processes, tools, and templates for development and reporting
- Actively maintain all content
- Participate in the quality review process
- Contribute to Learning & Development sub-teams, communities of practice, and knowledge- and skill-enhancement opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS in a related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of training and development experience
- Strong Camtasia experience highly preferred
- Strong Articulate 360 experience highly preferred
- Strong InfoMap Formatting Solutions Pro (FS Pro 2020 V6) experience highly preferred
- Strong SnagIt experience highly preferred
- Learning Management System (LMS) experience highly preferred
- Microsoft Office suite experience, particularly PowerPoint and Word, highly preferred
- Ability to be self-directed and work in ambiguity preferred
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from one of the posting locations unless an accommodation is granted
- Ability to work in-office 1–2 days per week
