About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and prioritize patient census

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in call center, sales, health care or customer-focused environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work 8:30 AM CST–5:30 PM CST
  • Ability to multitask while handling calls, texts, facsimiles, and electronic queues
  • Proficiency maintaining focus during extended periods of sitting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability
  • Empathy and persistence in resolving caller issues
  • Comfort and proficiency with digital tools and platforms
  • Ability to work a structured schedule with occasional overtime or flexibility based on business needs
  • Ability to work from the office as necessary
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
  • Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s), unless an accommodation is granted as required by law
  • Certain patient/member-facing roles require COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination unless an acceptable explanation is provided
