About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to the Government Health Benefits organization
- Provide strategic consultation in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management
- Translate business objectives into actionable people strategies and execution plans
- Leverage HR data, workforce analytics, and business insights to inform decisions and develop recommendations
- Partner with HR Enablement Partners and Centers of Excellence to address workforce challenges
- Coach leaders through organizational change to drive adoption, engagement, and sustainable outcomes
- Develop workforce and talent strategies supporting operational excellence and large-scale implementations
- Operate within enterprise governance frameworks and escalate complex, novel, or high-risk issues
- Align people strategies with health plan priorities in a regulated environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Minimum of 5 years in a strategic HR or equivalent role
- 2 years leading strategic workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, or leadership development
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience supporting operational, implementation, or large-scale business functions preferred
- Ability to work within a highly regulated healthcare environment
- Must be within a reasonable commuting distance of a posting location unless accommodation is granted by law
- New associates in certain patient/member-facing roles must become vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza, subject to stated exceptions
