About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement efforts
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process optimization strategies, and operational excellence principles
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Research, develop, and implement best practices
  • Develop metrics to track performance and goal achievement
  • Serve as an internal consultant for continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify and develop enterprise-wide performance improvement plans
  • Organize and direct project team members
  • Travel to worksites and other locations as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of process improvement experience
  • Experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership roles
  • Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques
  • Black Belt certification or equivalent advanced experience strongly preferred
  • Healthcare payer space strongly preferred
  • Strong end-to-end thinking and cross-functional alignment
  • Ability to develop and present data-driven business recommendations
  • Evidence-based reasoning using data, benchmarks, and case studies
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into executive-level insights
  • Strong project leadership and ownership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
  • Process mapping experience using BPMN or flowchart shapes
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from a posting location unless an accommodation is granted
