Work with management to identify and implement projects, programs and plans supporting business unit and enterprise goals
Identify potential issues, project change and scope
Lead efforts to identify best practices
Identify impacted parties, business partners and required resources
Develop and design processes and systems supporting business needs
Design methods for integrating functions and processes
Conduct cost/benefit analyses
Build support for business change throughout the business unit
Work as an individual contributor

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget strongly preferred
Knowledge of process redesign strongly preferred
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Facilitation skills
Analytical skills
Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location unless accommodation is granted as required by law
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
