About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate highly complex and varied business needs into application software requirements
- Provide expertise to lower-level consultants on analyzing business needs and determining optimal solutions
- Determine business application software requirements for highly complex and varied business needs
- Lead teams of analysts assigned to the most complex and high-impact projects
- Analyze and design solutions addressing varied and highly complex business needs
- Travel to worksites and other locations as necessary
- Work in a hybrid arrangement with in-office attendance 1–2 days per week
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 10 years business analysis experience, including analysis, project management, working knowledge of mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Consultant with project management skills
- Any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background may qualify
- Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary
- Pharmacy Benefit Manager business acumen and/or healthcare experience preferred
- Expert-level data knowledge and analysis, including data relationships for selected applications
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Experience with Python, SQL, UI Path and similar technologies
- Ability to work independently and draw up plans to address issues/concerns
- Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from a posting location unless an accommodation is granted
- Position is not eligible for current or future visa sponsorship
- Associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week
