About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and design solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs
Collaborate with business and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products
Apply strong knowledge of products, internal business models, and data systems
Establish, improve, and optimize consolidating processes for forecast and month-end results
Consolidate and prepare executive summary reports for business segments in the SBU for top management decision-making
Coordinate with internal audits as appropriate
Coordinate and consolidate various impact analyses for management reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration and minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Excellent leadership, project implementation, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact with and lead all levels of associates and potentially be client-facing
Pharmacy Benefit Manager business acumen and/or healthcare experience
Expert-level data knowledge and analysis, including data relationships for selected applications
Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
Experience with Python, SQL, UI Path, and similar technologies
Ability to work independently and draw up plans to address issues/concerns
