Key responsibilities & impact

Implement new processes, process improvements, and best practices related to guarantee monitoring and ASO pass-back activities
Create and implement metrics and support performance measures to establish performance objectives for revenue maximization
Create tools and processes to monitor margin revenue and client retention
Monitor revenue performing below thresholds and implement necessary tasks to bring performance to or above targets
Implement pricing in the system related to margin
Support the Pharmacy Services team in implementing future revenue, member expansion, and growth capacity
Provide Administrative Services Only (ASO) support functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in Finance or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience with Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM), data analysis; or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background
Experience within the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Strong data analysis capabilities
Demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional teams through effective interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Must be within a reasonable commuting distance from a posting location unless an accommodation is granted as required by law
