About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify opportunities for improvement

- Serve as an internal consultant for continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and develop plans to improve performance for enterprise-wide implementation
- Travel to worksites and other locations as necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS in a related field
- Minimum of 8 years process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at the Process Improvement Manager level
- Any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background
- PBM Claims and Accumulator Experience highly preferred
- SQL and Teradata skills highly preferred
- Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement highly preferred
- Implementation & Vendor Management Experience highly preferred
- Prior Authorization and Eligibility Knowledge preferred
- Python and Automation Experience preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Ability to work within a reasonable commuting distance from a posting location
- Ability to work in-office 1–2 days per week
- Travel to worksites and other locations as necessary
