About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify opportunities for process improvement
Research, develop, and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within FEP clinical and utilization management operations
Develop metrics to track performance and goal achievement
Serve as an internal consultant for continuous improvement initiatives
Identify and develop enterprise-wide performance improvement plans
Travel to the worksite and other locations as necessary
Collaborate through structured office engagement and virtual work

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in a related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 8 years of process improvement experience
Experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership roles
Minimum of 3 years of experience at the Process Improvement Manager level
Prior FEP experience strongly preferred
Experience with Agile delivery methodology preferred
Working knowledge of ACMP, AUMI, and CAPI
Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills preferred
Advanced MS Excel capabilities required, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
Must work within a reasonable commuting distance from a posting location unless an accommodation is granted
Associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week
