Key responsibilities & impact

Develop products in both new and existing markets
Evaluate existing products and competitor and industry data to improve products and recommend new products
Develop and implement long-term profitability strategies for market segments, including market positioning, new product design pricing parameters, risk profiles, and legislative/regulatory responses
Coordinate presentation, communication, and implementation of all phases of product development
Ensure products comply with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies
Serve as a product expert and relationship manager to core clients
Partner cross-functionally to develop go-to-market materials, including FAQs, talking points, and product blurbs, enabling Sales and Account teams while meeting delivery timelines

What you’ll need

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
MBA preferred
Health or managed care experience preferred
Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience strongly preferred
Program Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience strongly preferred
Experience developing financial models, requirements, roadmaps, and concept materials is strongly preferred
Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s), unless accommodation is granted as required by law
