About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and manage the scope of business systems projects
- Manage integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system
- Create feature test strategies and environment needs
- Link technical and business views of the system by ensuring technical solutions satisfy business needs
- Apply and mentor use of tools to define requirements
- Anticipate and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure high-level designs, including architecture requirements, are accurately documented and mapped to approved requirements
- Assist in developing training documentation and proactively identify additional documentation needs
- Work in-office 1–2 days per week while maintaining virtual-work flexibility
- Collaborate with associates and teams to support productivity and connectivity
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience documenting requirements and/or building test cases for a variety of technologies
- Experience testing/product quality processes, tools and methods strongly preferred
- Project management experience strongly preferred
- Training in facilitation strongly preferred
- Associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week
- New candidates in certain patient/member-facing roles must become vaccinated against COVID-19 and Influenza, unless an acceptable explanation is provided
