About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system
- Manage operational workflows and coordinate workflow activities
- Create feature test strategies and define environment needs
- Link technical and business views to ensure technical solutions satisfy business needs
- Track priorities and support issue resolution
- Apply and mentor use of tools to define requirements
- Anticipate and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure high-level designs and architecture requirements are accurately documented and mapped to approved requirements
- Assist in developing training documentation and identify additional documentation needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
- Minimum of 3 years experience with documenting requirements and/or building test cases for a variety of technologies
- Any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background
- Experience testing/product quality processes tools and methods strongly preferred
- Project management experience and training in facilitation strongly preferred
- Experience managing operational workflows, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking work priorities, and resolving workflow issues strongly preferred
- Experience with process improvement, workflow documentation, and translating business needs into system and process enhancements strongly preferred
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from one of the posting locations unless an accommodation is granted as required by law
- Associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location 1–2 days per week
