About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent German and English
  • A friendly, proactive approach and the confidence to engage with people
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Reliability, professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new tasks
  • The ability to work well both in a team and independently
  • Experience in events, hospitality, hotels or customer service is an advantage, but is not required for every role
  • Eligibility to work with us under a short-term employment arrangement (kurzfristige Beschäftigung)
  • Must be fully available on 19–22 October 2026
  • Travel and accommodation must be arranged independently; costs will not be covered or reimbursed
