Key responsibilities & impact

Work alongside experienced carpenters and foremen on retail construction projects
Install retail fixtures, displays, décor packages, and millwork
Install wall panels, trim, doors, hardware, and accessories
Assist with framing, drywall, rough carpentry, and interior finishes
Measure, cut, assemble, and install construction materials
Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Learn to read plans, layouts, and project drawings
Safely operate hand tools and power tools
Support project teams in active retail environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of construction, carpentry, or related trade experience preferred
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Willingness to learn carpentry and construction methods
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependable and punctual
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Reliable transportation
Ability to travel to project locations and stay up to 2 weeks at a time, as project schedules require
Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship
