About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and work with the organizational structure in SAP MM, including client, company code, plant, storage location, purchasing organization, and purchasing group
Manage material master data, vendor master data, source lists, quota arrangements, purchasing info records, and pricing conditions
Execute procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, RFQs, quotation management, source determination, and purchase order creation
Work with standard, subcontracting, consignment, and stock transport purchase orders
Manage purchase order release and approval procedures
Produce standard SAP MM reports, purchasing analytics, and inventory reports
Support integration with FI for invoice verification, SD for stock transport, and PP for production planning
Perform material requirements planning, including consumption-based planning, MRP, reorder point planning, planning runs, lot sizing, and planning parameters
