About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop teachers’ class schedules for 2027 for some of the schools
- Support the teacher payroll process in partnership with other departments
- Support job posting and the screening of teaching candidates’ résumés
- Support the administration of the teacher budget by monitoring and allocating resources
- Prepare studies and analyses of department metrics
- Generate insights to support decision-making
- Use artificial intelligence to optimize processes and support unit growth
- Generate reliable information, propose improvements, and support decisions related to academic operations
- Collaborate with unit leaders and partner departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an assertive and nonviolent communication approach
- Ability to work with numbers and data in operational processes and strategic analyses
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Organization and attention to detail
- Strong time-management skills
- Solution-oriented and proactive profile
- Adaptability and emotional intelligence
- Collaborative mindset in dynamic environments
- Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
- Experience with education networks or school scheduling is a plus
- Interest in artificial intelligence for automation and increased efficiency
- Experience with data analysis, operational routines, report preparation, and process organization
- Experience in educational operations, payroll, budgeting, controllership, planning, or analytical functions will be valued
