About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development, organization, and updating of the editorial calendar for the Military Division
  • Contribute content topics, ideas, and formats for social media
  • Create, adapt, and publish content for Instagram and other digital channels
  • Support the promotion of results, admissions, student achievements, and the unique features of the Military Division
  • Monitor social media performance and identify insights regarding reach, engagement, formats, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support communications for projects, campaigns, and events
  • Organize briefs, information, communication materials, and action requests for the division
  • Support the promotion of projects, courses, events, livestreams, review sessions, and institutional initiatives
  • Support event coverage, in-person activities, and review livestreams
  • Capture photos, videos, behind-the-scenes content, and testimonials from students, teachers, successful applicants, and participants
  • Support the organization and editing of audiovisual materials
  • Support communications for the Military Welcome Program and relationship-building initiatives with students and families
  • Collaborate with Marketing, academic teams, teachers, students, and other stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Design, Audiovisual Production, or a related field
  • Expected graduation from the first semester of 2028 onward
  • Intermediate knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and/or Microsoft Office
  • Interest in social media, digital content, brand communications, and education marketing
  • Hands-on profile, with a willingness to record, edit, organize, publish, and monitor content with support from the Marketing team
  • A basic portfolio featuring posts, videos, Reels, scripts, event coverage, or communications projects will be considered an advantage
  • Familiarity with social media metrics will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, post-scheduling tools, or performance analytics platforms will be considered an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of social media design will be considered an advantage
  • Interest in education, competitive-exam preparation, study routines, and communication with young people and families will be considered an advantage
