About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the area’s communication cadence with teachers and school units
- Support the management of the teacher recruitment process, including job posting, résumé screening, and operational assistance
- Support the management of the network’s teaching assistant program
- Support teacher engagement initiatives
- Serve as a support point for school units in resolving general teacher-related issues
- Support payroll closing processes
- Support the development of class schedules
- Conduct studies and analyze area performance indicators to support decision-making
- Support process automation through Artificial Intelligence
- Contribute to the organization and efficiency of processes related to teachers across the network
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Expected graduation date of June 2028 or later
- Interest in working with people and communication
- Analytical profile, with an interest in numbers, data, and operational routines
- Intermediate Excel skills, including knowledge of basic and intermediate functions
- Experience with data analysis, operational routines, report preparation, process organization, and advanced spreadsheet use
- Previous experience in education networks, educational operations, school schedule development, payroll, budgeting, controllership, planning, or analytical areas will be considered an advantage
