Requirements

- Track record of ethical decision-making
- Experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate nuanced psychological concepts between Japanese and English
- Familiarity with digital tools for remote collaboration and effective documentation
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural environments
- No prior experience in AI is required
