Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, Career Advisor, Professional Coach, or similar role (preferred)
Several years of hands-on experience in career coaching, counseling, mentoring, or professional development preferred
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to conduct natural, engaging, and helpful one-on-one coaching conversations
Experience supporting individuals with career planning, job searches, interviews, workplace challenges, or career transitions
Comfortable working remotely and participating in paired conversation sessions
No prior experience in AI is required
