Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional background in finance, accounting, FP&A, banking, consulting, or related fields
Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, for analytical and documentation purposes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly
Demonstrated attention to detail and consistency in following comprehensive evaluation guidelines
Ability to independently produce objective, structured assessments against well-defined criteria
Experience in rubric development, data annotation, or AI model evaluation projects is nice to have
Written English proficiency for clear and precise documentation
