About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain frontend features using Angular
Build and enhance applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Create clean, reusable, and maintainable user interface components
Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and OpenAPI-based services
Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipeline quality
Manage npm dependencies, including maintenance, version control, and security updates
Collaborate with UX, backend, QA, and other engineering teams
Troubleshoot issues, improve code quality, and support continuous improvement
Contribute to practical use of AI-assisted development tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
At least five years of relevant professional experience
Strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI-based services, and modern frontend development practices
Familiarity with automated testing, preferably Playwright
Good understanding of Git, npm, and CI/CD workflows
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot effectively, take ownership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience with AI coding agents, command-line AI tools, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, UX design, Figma, design systems, accessibility, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, or telecom environments is an asset
Canadian residency, including a valid work permit in Canada
Communicative, positive, customer-oriented, analytical, logical, responsible, autonomous, resourceful, organized, proactive, and quality-focused
Ability to coordinate and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
