About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide weekly supervision to other therapists
  • Assess mental health functioning
  • Diagnose clients
  • Create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews
  • Complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy
  • Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocol
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  • Participate in community outreach and referral partnership development
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
  • Maintain a personal caseload
  • Potentially evolve into a Clinic Director position

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
  • Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.)
  • Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
  • Valant experience is a plus
  • Passion for changing mental health care
  • LICSW therapists are encouraged to apply
