About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete diagnostic assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy
- Supervise pre-licensed therapists pursuing full licensure
- Provide clinical guidance, consultation, and feedback to supervisees
- Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisee hours
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with families, providers, case managers, medical personnel, and community supports
- Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and training
- Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team environment
- Provide mental health care while supporting therapists pursuing full licensure
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Social Work or related behavioral health field
- Active Florida LCSW-S licensure and approved supervisor designation
- 5+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
- Completed required clinical supervisor training
- Experience completing intakes, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
- Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Valant experience preferred
- Insurance credentialing experience preferred
- Ability to successfully complete required Level 2 background screening
- Minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervisee hours
- Must provide required licensure information and identify states where licensure is valid
